Learning Plans (One Plans)

If your child is on the SEND Register, their class teacher to get in touch with you this week to arrange a Learning Plan meeting.

These meetings will take place from the week beginning 29th September and before half term. They are a valuable opportunity for us to work together, share updates, and agree on the best ways to support your child’s learning and wellbeing.
