Another week has flown by! The children have been busy learning all about flooding in Geography and writing a weather report in English. In Maths we have been looking at fractions and decimals as tenths and solving some fraction problems, We have enjoyed researching all about plants this week in Science and how they adapt to different habitats and continuing increasing their coding skills in Computing. We have had a lovely week of activities. We have enjoyed looking at the results of our plant experiement in Science and now we have set up a new one with cress, testing the different conditions for plant growth. In Geography, we have studied the different parts of a river and looked at the story Flood by Alvaro F Villa in English We will be planning on writing our own weather reports soon! A brilliant start to the new half term for year 3! The sun has begun to shine, which means Spring is almost here! Due to the WPSA Spring Fling Disco , the club will not run. Premier Education will issue a credit note for those children enrolled in the club. The last session for the Spring term will be Friday 20th March. The club will resume again for the Summer term, details of which will follow later when the timetable is published.
