To ensure the children's safety, there will be no long-distance running or sprint training. Children who have been selected for the throwing events, long jump, or relay can still attend training, where we will focus on techniques and relay baton changeovers in shaded areas, with running kept to an absolute minimum. What a busy week! the children loved their Wild West day on Wednesday. We had lots of Egyptian style tasks that they enjoyed with a heiroglyphics hunt at the end where they managed to take home some treasure! The children are planning their own Egyptian story at the moment and in Maths we have started our next unit on shape. What a busy start to the last half term! the children have loved their swimming lessons. It has been brilliant to see all their amazing skills and progress made throughout the week.
