Dear parents and carers, Year 6 have had an exciting second-to-last week of the Autumn 2 term. Alongside heading towards our Dutch Resistance Newspaper Report writing in English, and our work on volume of 3D shape in Maths, we've also had the opportunity to watch the EYFS Nativity dress rehearsal and had an engaging and thought-provoking presentation from PC Hill & PC Lamb on anti-social behaviour, and ways to stay safe in the community. Unfortunately, due to illness the club has been cancelled. Children should attend school at the normal time or be booked into breakfast club. Hello everybody! It was a super first week back in Year 6 last week, where children were exploring their previous half term's SATs results, starting new topics and getting in to the role of Victorian pupils! It was great to have all our children back and showing a superb mindset towards their learning! As mentioned, the children have been reflecting on their Mock SATs papers from before half term; these tests will be given back to you all at your parent consultation meetings
