SUFC Sponsorship, due Monday

Dear parents and carers,

Just to inform you any remaining Southend United Football Club sponsorship forms and associated money (in an named envelope please) will need to be in no later than Monday 28th April.

Some children have asked for replacement sponsorship forms, which we have in class and can be given out tomorrow if needed, however the enveloped money with child's name on is actually all that is required if the form is misplaced.
