Swimming sessions scheduled for next week have been postponed because Plumberow's pool is currently out of action. This unexpected closure means all swimming activities will be rescheduled to later in the term. We will notify everyone with new dates as soon as the pool is ready to reopen.

Why the Pool Closure Happened
Plumberow's pool required urgent repairs, to ensure safety and proper function. This has led to extended period of draining, rebuilding work and plumbing upgrades which have significantly overrun.
What This Means for Swimming Participants
The immediate impact is that all swimming sessions planned for next week (including for those visiting students at Westerings) will not take place. Instead, these sessions will be rescheduled to later in the term.
What to Expect When Sessions Resume
Once Plumberow's pool upgrade is complete, swimming sessions will be re-booked with some adjustments:
New schedule: Expect updated dates and times to fit postponed sessions.
Possible catch-up sessions: Extra classes might be offered to make up for lost time. However, we may also have to reduce the number of sessions to fit in with Plumberow's scheduling.
The temporary closure of Plumberow's pool is necessary to maintain a safe and enjoyable swimming environment. While the postponement of sessions may cause some inconvenience, it ensures that when swimming resumes, everyone can enjoy a well-maintained facility. Thank you for your understanding.
