Welcome to Year 1!

Welcome back! We hope you have all had a lovely summer and are feeling ready for another exciting year. We are so excited to see all of the children tomorrow and can’t wait to hear all about their summer adventures! 💛

Just a few little reminders and bits of information as we get started:

✏️ Pencil Cases

This year, children are welcome to bring in their own pencil case if they would like to. They can include colouring pencils and pens. Please make sure that all pencil cases and belongings are clearly labelled with your child’s name.

👕 School Uniform

Please remember to label all items of school uniform, including jumpers and coats, as this makes it much easier to return any lost items to their owner.

🏃 PE – Mondays

PE will take place every Monday. Children should come into school wearing their PE kit on Mondays. Please also remember that earrings need to be removed before coming to school on PE days.

🍎 Snack – First Two Days

For the first two days back, the school will not be providing fruit. If your child would like to have a snack during the morning, please send them in with a piece of fruit.

🧻 Toilet Roll Tube – Tomorrow

If you have a toilet roll tube at home, we would really appreciate children bringing one in tomorrow. If you don’t have one, please don’t worry at all – it’s absolutely fine!
