Year 1 Weekly updates

Year 1 Wild West:

We would love some parent helpers for our Wild West session. If you are able to help on Friday 19th June between 9:30am-11:30am. Please let us know via the office.

Over the holidays, please collect lots of cardboard boxes and toilet roll tubes as we are in need of these for our Wild West session (making bug hotels and bird feeders). Thank you!


Call of the wild zoo trip:

We are still looking for some parent helpers to come along to Call of the Wild with us on Monday 15th June. If you can offer your help, please let us know via the office.


Boxes wanted! (shoe box size)

As part of our new English topic next half term, we will be using the story The Bear and the piano to inspire our writing. The children will be creating a 'memory box' on Friday 12th June, therefore please send them to school with an empty shoe box.
