Year 3 Friday update

Another week has flown by! The children have been busy learning all about flooding in Geography and writing a weather report in English. In Maths we have been looking at fractions and decimals as tenths and solving some fraction problems, We have enjoyed researching all about plants this week in Science and how they adapt to different habitats and continuing increasing their coding skills in Computing.

There has been a recent letter about year 3 swimming after Easter. Please make sure you have read this and fill out the google form which details your child's swimming experience. This is essential for helping us to arrange the lessons with the swimming teachers, thank you.

Our school trip to the Museum of power is also next half term. Please make sure that you sign the consent form on parent pay and pay as soon as you can. Thank you.

Parents evenings are next Monday 16th and the following Wednesday the 25th. Please make sure you have signed up for a slot.

Next week's spellings are:

Have a great weekend :)
