Year 3 Friday update :)

A super week of hard work this week from year 3. We have written some amazing cloud flight descriptions using many brilliant writing techniques such as similies, metaphors, expanded noun phrases and "show not tell"! They will be up on the wall next time you visit our classroom.

We have also learnt 12 hour and 24 hour clock times in Maths this week and continued to investigate how shadows change in Science, We are very excited for our final collage pieces in Art next week- Egyptian headdresses.

Well done for all our star readers this week- 4 dojos for you all. Our weekly spellings have been rather tricky the last few weeks, but well done for continuing to learn them and showing resilience too.
