Year 3 Friday update.

Well another half term has whizzed by! Well done to all the children for working hard and trying their best!

We have a very busy last half term coming up. We will be designing and making our Egyptian Death masks in DT. If you have any large cardboard boxes that you are not needed that you are able to donate to us, this would be very much appreciated.

We have swimming on the first week back after half term. The children will need to come in to school in PE kit everyday ( with the exception of the Friday due to class photos) and make sure this is all labelled. Their swimming kit needs to consist of a towel, googles, swimming costume and a swimming hat. If in Snowdrops class the children will need a packed lunch each day because of timings. If your child requires a school packed lunch then please inform Miss Sealey so this can be arranged by the school kitchen.

The children after half term will be assessed on their timestables knowledge using the TTRs soundcheck. Please continue to practise and learn as many as possible (and of by heart) to gain your best score! I am sure Mr Bird will be proud of all our efforts.

There will be no spellings to learn this half term. We will start fresh after the holidays.
