Over the next two weeks, we will dedicate two school days to an exciting Religious Education and Music day. They children do not need to bring anything or wear anything different, but we wanted to let you know that the routine will look different for the children on these days.
Halloween disco - Thursday 17th October 2024
Show Racism the Red Card day - children wear red clothing - Friday 18th October
Reading on Boom Reader:
This is a reminder to read 4 times a week and record this on Boom Reader. Our records show that only one third of the year group are doing this consistently.
Reading is one of the most powerful tools for personal growth and lifelong learning. For children, especially, reading fosters curiosity, builds imagination, and lays the foundation for academic success. In a rapidly changing world, the ability to read well is essential for personal development, making it a skill that benefits us for life.
We really hope to see our percentages increase next week, happy reading!
Have a great week!
-Year 4 team
