Year 4 weekly update

Good morning!

Westerings the Musical:

We would firstly like to congratulate our amazing actors, dancers and singers for a stellar performance in Westerings the Musical! You all did yourselves proud and we were brimming with joy to see your confident and enthusiastic performance! We would also like to sincerely thank the grown ups at home for putting so much time and commitment into helping the children to learn their lines, dances, lyrics and for proving such amazing costumes. We think you will all agree they looked amazing up there on stage!

Times tables:

We would like to remind you that this is the fourth to last school week before our real times table test. We did a mock test in school in the previous week and we will be sending a letter home telling you what you child scored. Please use this information to do any final practise if needed, as the real thing is coming up and we absolutely believe our pupils can gain the highest possible scores!

SATS:

Next week is SATS week for our Year 6 pupils. Please remind your children that they are to be extra sensible in the corridors during this time, so as not to disturb any assessments. It may also be kind to wish a Year 6 child luck if you happen to be speaking to them! We are sure they would welcome all the encouragement our school community can offer!
