All of the children who are attending the Hackney Empire Theatre had one of their sessions in preperation for the show today. They will have their last one next week. Just a reminder that if you signed your child up they will be leaving school at 8:45 (children to be in school for 8:30). They will need a packed lunch and will be returning before the end of the school day.

Due to inset tomorrow, choir is cancelled. Due to the ongoing high temperatures and the end of our performances (Junior music festival and The West Fest) Choir will no longer be running this academic year but will beginning again in the new year with exciting new performances up my sleeve! This week is shaping up to be a scorcher from Tuesday… Therefore, PE kits can be worn this week from Tuesday onwards. To summarise: Monday: school uniform (if it gets warm, pupils will be asked to remove ties). Tuesday-Thursday: PE kits may be worn Friday: INSET day (go and enjoy a day of sun fun!) Don’t forget to apply suncream before school, and to fill those water bottles up with fresh cold water!
