🌿🚶‍♀️ **Join the BIG GREEN WEEK Walking Bus: Volunteers Needed! 🚶‍♂️🌿

Dear Westerings School Community,

As part of our collaboration with Rochford District Council for BIG GREEN WEEK, we are thrilled to announce a special one-off event: GreenStride Wednesday Express"! Aka walking buses. 

This initiative is a wonderful opportunity for us to support a healthier environment and promote sustainable living.

Calling All Parent Volunteers:

To ensure the success of our GreenStride Wednesday Express Buses, we need enthusiastic parent volunteers to help lead the buses. 

Volunteer Details:

• Role: Walking Bus Leader

• When: Wednesday, 12th June (the first week back after the half-term break)

• Time: 8.20-8.40am

• Responsibilities: Lead one of the walking with other parent volunteers. Hand out walking bus tokens to pupils who join the bus. Please note parents will accompany and be responsible for their children (EYFS-YR4)
