Duxford Reminders for Tomorrow

Dear parents and carers,

Please find reattached the original Duxford trip letter, outlining all the essential details about packed lunches, spending money, timings etc. for our trip tomorrow.

Additionally:

• Please ensure your child arrives at school (Sunny Road gate) by 8:00, to be registered and ready for our departure at 8:15.

  
  

• We are due to be returning to Westerings at 4:00, and the coaches will meet you at the top of Sunny Road.

  
  

• Apologies for any inconvenience but contrary to the original letter and consent form, the decision has been made that due to being dark by 4:00pm and the current weather, we will require all children to be collected by a trusted adult - they will not be able to walk home alone.

  
  

• The weather is due to be particularly cold, yet dry, so please ensure your child wears appropriate warm layers, hats and gloves (we would also recommend thermal underlayers/skins if you feel it appropriate) as much of the day is spent outside.
