Hello! This week has zoomed past! We have had lots of fun in year 3 this week. We have been comparing and ordering numbers in maths, testing rocks in Science, using tone and shades in our drawings in art and much more! I think the highlight for us all was our wonderful Stone age workshop. We made some great memories and found out so much about the history in that time, Thank you for all dressing up and taking part so enthusiastically.
This week the children have recieved another log in for the website: Timestables.co.uk. This is a fantastic resource for the children to help learn each of the tables in turn. They can earn diplomas, medals and also play times tables games too. This week we have concentrated on revising our 2 times tables. The children will bring in their log in's home this week. If they can possibly keep them in their bags so if they go on at school they have them to hand please. I'm sure in a couple of weeks they will learn them by heart.
Well done all the children that have engaged with TTRs. The children have been excited to tell us about their coins and their rock status'.
