Messages for the last week!

Good afternoon, and what a fab week Year 2 have had! We are getting ourselves all prepped for Year 3 and tying up loose ends. The children again met with their new teachers and are very excited. Children will have come home today with their arithmetic tests and their end of year reports.

This week we have set an assignment on units of measurement in Maths.

On WEDNESDAY (Last day), we will be having a 'Fun Day!' (Though every day is fun in Year 2!) Children are welcome to bring in some snacks to share with the class and may also bring in a board game if they would like to play this with others. As this is our PE day, we will also be making sure to get outside for some games and will perhaps squeeze in a film or 2 too!

Please remember to send children in with a bag for life or a second rucksack so that we can send fully completed exercise books home, as well as any crafts. Enjoy your weekend and see you on Monday for the last few days before summer holidays!
