Year 6 Weekly Review (29.11.24)

Happy Friday everybody! Somehow, we are ticking over into December next week! Although it is getting cold outside, things are still heating up in the classroom with lots of exciting learning opportunities taking place! Yesterday, our children had a visit from Brickz4Kids, as they had the opportunity to create a concept car that would operate on all terrains. There were some superb constructions made; definitely a few designers of the future within Year 6! This week, the children also finished their Diary Entry writing unit. We are both incredibly impressed by the high standard of writing from the children. Finally, we have been continuing our History work on WW2 - this week the children studied the introduction of rationing as well as the role of women during the war - identifying the pivotal role they played!

Next Week: Boy's Football Match - Wednesday 4th December

Christmas Gift Shop - Friday 6th December
