Year 2 - Catch up PE Session- Friday 17th April 2026

Dear parents/carers,

We just wanted to let you know about a small change coming up after the holidays.

On Friday 17th April, we will be holding a catch-up PE session for Violet and Poppy classes. Unfortunately, one of the coaches was not available this week, which meant the children only had half of their usual PE session.

To make up for this, children should come to school wearing their PE kits on Friday 17th April.

Please note: this is in addition to their usual Tuesday PE session that week, so children will need to come into school in their PE kits on both Tuesday and Friday that week.

The afternoon will include:

• One PE session with the coach

• One session of normal afternoon classroom learning

  
  

We will, of course, send a reminder closer to the time to help everyone prepare.

Everything will go back to normal after that week.
