Year 5 Weekly Update - Final Post

This week, we have been finishing our curriculums to conclude the Year 5 learning. We have made solar systems with planets or rockets which go up and down or round and round using cams. We have finished short burst writing with poetry about Windrush. We will be finishing our Geography unit tomorrow with our enquiry question. This afternoon we will be having Basketball / Football at Greensward and rounders for those of us at school.

Uniform

Thursday - Full school uniform.

Friday - Non school uniform for £1 payable on Arbor.

Monday and Tuesday - Full school uniform.

Monday - Children will be taking part in first aid, learning CPR and how to contact emergencies services if they ever needed to.

Tuesday - Whole School Awards Ceremony AM invite only for selected children across the school. We would like to invite the children to bring in a board game to play with their friends. They can also bring in their own snacks for the afternoon - not for sharing or with any nuts due to allergies and dietary requirements.

We just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you for all the support you have given your children this year. Miss Jackson and I have had a fantastic year with your children and they have worked extremely hard. Enjoy the summer break and we will see you in September!
