With transition to secondary being a milestone moment for Year 6 students, we want to ensure this transition is as smooth, supportive, and positive as possible.
We have developed a short online form, linked below, designed to gather your valuable views, insights, and expectations regarding Key Stage 3.
Your feedback will be instrumental in strengthening the collaboration between our primary and secondary schools.
Crucially, the insights collected will also be shared with and used by headteachers across the East region of our trust, not just at Lift Westerings and Lift Greensward, to directly shape and improve the transition experience for hundreds of students.
