Year 6 Weekly Update

Hi everyone! Another great week has been and gone here in Year 6 and the children are settling in fantastically as the oldest in the school! Below is an update about the week ahead.

Student Council Votes

This week, Year 6 voted for their student council representatives. We heard some brilliant presentations and the children elected will do a fantastic job for Year 6!

Buddy Work

Both Mr Wade and I would like to say a massive well done to all our pupils for their fantastic support to the new Early Years children as they began life at Westerings this week. They all showed superb patience, kindness and leadership to ensure the new cohort had a great first few days!

Homework & Reading: Well done to the children that have managed to complete their Maths & English assignments on SATs Companion and have also managed to log 4 reads on Boom Reader. If you have had any issues using SATs companion then please let us know as soon as possible as this is an expectation from our Year 6 pupils.
