Dear parents and carers,
Year 6 have had an exciting second-to-last week of the Autumn 2 term. Alongside heading towards our Dutch Resistance Newspaper Report writing in English, and our work on volume of 3D shape in Maths, we've also had the opportunity to watch the EYFS Nativity dress rehearsal and had an engaging and thought-provoking presentation from PC Hill & PC Lamb on anti-social behaviour, and ways to stay safe in the community. Really powerful!
Some notes below for our final week of the term:
Break Up for Christmas
Please be reminded that our final day in school is Thursday 18th December
Christmas Jumper Day & Christmas Lunch
As per previous communication, Wednesday 17th December is Christmas Jumper day (Christmas jumpers on top of school uniform) and, if you have signed your child up for it, Christmas lunch.

Thursday 18th December - Last Day
PE is still going ahead on our last day, as is 'class party' time for some of the day. As such, children are welcome to bring in a suitable amount of snacks for them and a couple of friends, as well as any non-electronic, non-valuable board games, card games, etc to play.
