Year 6 - Weekly Update (17/10/25)

Dear parents and carers,

Firstly, hats off to all of Year 6 for their amazing efforts and determination in their Mock SATs this week. The results of these will be shared with children on their first days back, and with you in parent consultations later in the half term.

Spellings for the first Friday back are:

  • appreciate

  • communicate

  • definite

  • exaggerate

  • harass

  • marvellous

  • persuade

  • relevant

  • stomach

  • vehicle

On Monday 3rd November (the first day back) we will be having our History Victorian Day, as per the letter sent earlier this week. Children are welcome to dress up in period clothing, however there is no requirement to do so!

Wishing you a pleasant half term break - and thanks from all in the team for your continued support.

Mr Wade & Mr Bird
