Year 6 Weekly Update (9/1/26)

Dear parents and carers,

What a first week back! Children have begun their next English unit of Poetry, begun high-level work on written division in Maths, undertaken artist research on Edgar Degas in Art, acted as settlers choosing ideal settlements sites in Geography, beginning to look into the beliefs and history of Buddhism in RE and, to top it all, planning, creating, rehearsing and delivering a 'Find your Superpower' themed PSHE group project to every other class in the school - they've achieved so much to be proud of.

Homework & Reads

For your information, children will be undertaking their second Mock SATs week beginning Monday 19th January.

PE continues on Wednesdays

Just a reminder, PE is now on Wednesdays.
