EYFS Messages

Dear Parents,

We have been absolutely thrilled by the children's enthusiasm for our space topic so far! Their imaginations have truly soared, and it's been wonderful to see them having so much fun.

Next week, our story focus will be Goodnight Spaceman, and we'll be learning all about the exciting job of an astronaut.

On Wednesday, the children will take part in an Astronaut Training Camp, where they’ll get to make spacesuits, tackle space-themed obstacle courses, create mission control panels, and much more!

To help bring our space adventures to life, we would greatly appreciate donations of paper plates, bottle tops, buttons, balloons, spaghetti, Cheerios, and tin foil.

In the afternoon on Wednesday, we’ll be making space rock cakes, and we'd love some parent volunteers to join us for this fun activity.

Then on Friday, the children will be learning some basic sewing skills as they create their very own alien teddies! If you’re available to help with this too, we would be incredibly grateful.

Thank you for your continued support—we can’t wait for another amazing week of space exploration!
