EYFS- REMINDER: Barleylands Farm Trip – Tomorrow!

Dear Parents,

We’re all looking forward to our exciting trip to Barleylands Farm tomorrow!

Please remember that children can wear either their PE kits or summer dresses, along with comfortable walking shoes. With the warm weather forecast, we also recommend bringing extra drink bottles, a sun hat, and applying suncream in the morning before school.

We want to reassure you that we are taking extra precautions due to the hot weather. The children will be:

  • Making pizzas and eating lunch in an air-conditioned room

  • Taking their water bottles with them on the farm tour

  • Staying in the shade as much as possible with regular breaks

  • Enjoying a shaded tractor ride

Timings for the day remain as usual – normal school drop off and pick up times apply. If there are any delays or changes, we’ll keep you informed via Class Dojo.

Thank you for your support – we’re looking forward to a fantastic day at the farm!
