Parent Survey – Help Our School Earn Sports Equipment!

Dear Parents and Carers,

We would like to ask for your help by completing a short survey about the sport and physical activities your child (in Year 1 or 2) may have taken part in.

The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete, and you may find it helpful to do it together with your child.

It’s important that a wide range of parents take part — whether your child does a lot of physical activity or just a little — every response counts!

For every parent who completes the survey, our school will receive £10 worth of credits to spend on sports equipment!

The survey is hosted by Ipsos, a trusted research organisation working with Sport England. All information will be stored securely and kept confidential.

You can complete the survey on a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
