Year 3 Friday update

Another week... and it's getting closer to Christmas! The children have made some lovely decorations to go up in the hall.

This week unfortunately we didn't get our sewing started, so if any adults are free next Wednesday at 9am then drop us a message to the office to let us know.

This week we have been learning all about the functions of our skeleton and the different types of joints in Science. In Spanish , we have been learning to say and write the months of the year. In Geography we have been finding out about different landmarks in Europe and RE continuing our discussions around the Holy Trinity.

This week's spellings are some challenge words:

decide

centre

disappear

regular

therefore

heart

minute

notice

early

learn

The children will be tested next week on the Thursday due to our INSET day Friday.

Remember to keep uo with reading at home, The children are able to change their school reading books each morning, they just need to ask an adult.

Have a lovely weekend.

The year 3 team :)
