We've begun studying suspense stories in English, cracked coordinates in Maths, looked at food intolerance, allergies and hygiene in DT, WW2 evacuation in History, and much more. Good morning, As you may be aware there was a brief power outage across the local area this morning. This did impact the school for a short period however power has now been restored and back to normal. We will continue to liaise with the grid and provide any updates if required. Currently lunch provision is unaffected however if we experience any further difficulties we will provide updates via class dojo and the school app.

We have had a lovely week of activities. We have enjoyed looking at the results of our plant experiement in Science and now we have set up a new one with cress, testing the different conditions for plant growth. In Geography, we have studied the different parts of a river and looked at the story Flood by Alvaro F Villa in English We will be planning on writing our own weather reports soon! We had such a great day for book day on Thursday; the children's costumes were amazing
