RWI is our phonics program at Westerings, developed by Ruth Miskin. Whole school training ensures a consistent approach to its delivery from the beginning of Reception, until pupils confidently pass their phonics screening check (and beyond).
Nationally, this is around three-quarters of children by the end of Year 1... but at Westerings:
